Passion! If you are not passionate about what you do and who you do it for, forget it.
My passion is writing, describing, outlining a narrative and delivering ‘food for thought’. My name is Ian Cohen and after nearly 20 years of award winning national television, radio, print and web journalism, my passion still burns. I have forged a reputation for excellence, primarily in sports journalism and opinion, covering four Olympics, Tour De France Commonwealth Games, Grand slams, Formula One and more. But I also raise the bar on real estate, brand content, travel, motoring, industry discussion and more.
I can deliver succinct newsworthy angles, generate talking points and provide articles that will stimulate discussion in your field.
I am industrious, respected, enterprising, connected, creative and progressive. My aim is simple - to be bright, tight and informative with a touch of humour and an ability to write with cut-through. Media is dynamic - I began by belting out yarns on typewriters but now tell stories in 140 characters or less, my scope is across all social and traditional media.
Let me know what journey you would like me to document for you, that’s my passion!
